By using the Moimodo service, you agree to these terms of use. If you disagree with any point, please stop using our service.

The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect immediately after publication on the website.

2. Data Collection and Use

We store users' email addresses for authentication and communication. This data is stored in encrypted form and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The company may send emails with information about service updates, changes to terms of use, bills for service usage, and other important information.

3. Content Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for all content that they post using our widgets. This includes text, images, links, and other materials.

The company does not moderate user content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates Ukrainian legislation or these terms of use.

4. Payment for Services

Payment for services is formed on the 25th of each month according to the selected tariff plan. Current tariffs can be found on the main page of the site in the PRICING section.

Payment is made to the company's account according to the provided IBAN details. The user is obliged to make payment within 5 working days from the invoice date.

The company reserves the right to change tariffs, notifying users by email 2 weeks before making changes.

5. Contact Information and Support

The user is responsible for the relevance and accuracy of their contact information. In case of changes to contact information, the user must update it in their personal account in a timely manner.

User support is provided via email or social networks, links to which are located at the bottom of the site (footer).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Moimodo service is in beta testing. The company reserves the right to delete all user data at any time, notifying users via email.

The company is not liable for any damages that may arise as a result of using or inability to use the service.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the service are subject to resolution in the courts of Ukraine.

The company does not cooperate with clients from the Russian Federation or those who support Russia in the conflict with Ukraine.
